so true Aints...Never take anyone for granted coz you never know when you might lose them..is a line from Mariah Carey's movie...but so true. Sometimes we get too caught up with other things in our lives that we forget to do the things that we should be doing which is our relationship with God and to one another. :((

I can so relate aints...I've experienced this much before when i have relationship troubles small things annoys me and i'd rather be alone, even now sometimes im in denial but and i keep busy to get my mind off of things though some of the things i have been going through is the result of my bad choices but it's part of my learning too. Still i look forward for better days and it's always nicer to have your family and friends to comfort you. Which is you together with all the others. :D God Bless you aints. I found that losing weight is not that hard as anyone would think. It sure takes commitment and following a simple plan but the key element is persistance.

You need to monitor the calories, lose the junk food, sodas, sweets and do some physical exercises. I myself love dancing. And remember to use a fat burner to accelerate the fat metabolism.

I know how that feels Aints sigh…but still go go...

Hay aints i cried when i read this…i know how you feel…i felt so far from God for this couple of years…maybe it’s because of those family frustrations and problems but still not an excuse…kahilak pud ko ug colors knowing that God is always there no matter what.
