Have You ever Loved Somebody soo Deeply?

Have you ever been so in love with someone that:
it actually hurt desperately? You feel like you're going to burst open at any moment? Your feelings run so deep that you can't even put into words how you feel?
Have you ever loved somebody enough to let him go with another person with no hard feelings, because you'd rather see him happy, even if it isn't with you? Can you still be in love with someone even when he has found another? So in love that you would do anything for that someone you love. A love so intense that when it ended it hurt not only the heart but the mind, body and soul. A physical ache so consuming that the only relief was to dull it, by either mindless activity or chemical intervention. Sleep was not an option. So bad that sometimes you can't even breath. And sometimes you even think of how can you ever live without that person.

Can you relate to the above questions or are you one of those who are in deep pain right now? Here are some coping mechanism that you can do for yourself:

1. Take your feelings and actions for what they are and be patient with yourself. Getting over it is not easy especially if you're losing your lovedone. It turns your life upside down. Allow yourself to cry, shout, or scream but don't ever try to kill yourself or commit suicide. Naturally, it's going to take a while to pick up the pieces and transition to life. So be patient w/ yourself.

2. Forgive yourself and forgive the one who hurt you. Realize that some good things never last. People changed and people can do you wrong coz' no one is perfect. Each one has its flaws and somehow people fall out of love and some fall out of temptations. Learn to admit your mistakes and don't blame yourself. What has been done cannot be undone. Don't hold grudges, forgive those who hurt you. Release everything, be free of any baggages.

3. Be creative, have fun, and enjoy yourself . Travel, go to places or beaches new to you. Call or visit some of your old friends or relatives and go watch movies. Enroll yourself on the things you like to do like dancing, yoga, sports, exercise, and/or culinary arts.

1 Express Yourself:
