Exercise

I can't wait to see the result of the daily walk/jog and exercise with my niece, Karen. It's been our 21st day of walking and jogging at the Gingoog City Sports Oval, just a 3-min. walking distance from home. We leave at 5:50 or 6 am then finish by 7 am. Usually we walk for the 1st round then on the second round round we combine the walk with a jog. We walk again on the third round and walk/jog again on the fourth round until such we finished the 10 laps of a 1200 sq. m. oval shaped track. Then we went home, do a 30-40 minute abs exercise then eat Nesvita and Energen cereal/oats drink with biscuit crackers. This is our daily routine from Monday to Friday only. By Saturday and Sunday we rested and do exercise by our own pace.

This is good for me since I already weighed 130 lbs. I never have thought that I could weigh like this big since my height is only 4'11 wahhahaha...I hope to get back my old high school body weigh of 98-110 lbs. :) Is this a mission impossible for me? hahaha I hope not coz' there's nothing impossible with God. I hope to weigh myself by the 30th day of our walk/jog. My goal is at least shed 3-5 lbs of my weight or more for the first month as a start. So wish me all of your best luck but indeed all I need is your prayer that I will be able persevere and be determined to go on and never stop!
