How can a person say 'I love you' to the one he proudly says he really loves yet hurts that person in return? Have you experienced this same situation? How can one be so unkind, irrational, emphatic, abusive or even unfair to the one he loves?
Hurting a person verbally or physically is the most common thing that happens to almost every relationship. And mostly women are the victims of this. I cant seem seem to understand on this, a woman gives her all to the man he loves, yet it's not enough for the man, and then one day for all you know, that man either leaves you for another woman or he will treat you so unkind or even physically hurt you. Is love really not enough for a man? Then what else can you give? Sometimes I can only say to myself, I'd rather not marry if I have to go through this kind of relationship. But as some says, it's better to love and be loved in return rather than die alone and no one to love.
So I've come to give you some kinda tip/s on how to maintain healthy relationships:
First, learn how to handle your anger, sadness, frustration and disappointment with your partner and with everyone else. If you can diverge of doing something else then deal with your anger or frustration later. Next, learn how to express your needs, wants and desires without being aggressive and without letting go of any of your rights. Don't be a stubborn person, learn to stay cool and humble, if possible submit to the man. Find time to express yourself without being nasty or nagging. Then lastly, prevent yourself and your partners from being programmed by parents, friends, relatives, media or any other source that can negatively impact your relationship. Don't let other people dictate or tell you on how to run your own life. You are on your own so build a right relationship with the right person or the one you love.
