I felt good today coz' Karen (niece) and I have resumed our walk/jog exercise at the People's Grandstand here in our city. Actually we have started it last October of 2011 but we stopped by December and yesterday February 1, 2011, we decided to do what we love to do. We started by 5:45am and by 6:30 am we hope to finish. I just wanna share the advantages of walking or jogging from the net.
